联合国《消除对妇女一切形式歧视公约》（Preparation of the Text of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Aganist Women began in 1976，CEDAW）出台整整30年。该公约将妇女和儿童的社会生活和个人生活纳入了国际社会的人权体系，促进了社会性别主流化进程。我国是该公约的缔约国之一，
