低能电子衍射仪(LEED)是研究单晶表面结构的有效工具。本文叙述我们研制LEED仪的一些要求、实现方法和达到的指标。为检验LEED仪的性能,我们观察了清洁Cu(100)面及氧吸附层的LEED图样,图样是清晰而满意的。
Low energy electron diffraction (LEED) is an effective tool to study the surface structure of single crystal. This article describes some of the requirements we have for developing LEED meters, how to achieve them and what we achieve. To test the performance of the LEED instrument, we observed the LEED pattern of the cleaned Cu (100) face and the oxygen adsorbed layer. The pattern was clear and satisfactory.
