针对SBS改性沥青改性效果多评价指标、多影响因素等特点,运用正交设计并结合灰关联分析法对可比方案通过综合评价选出最优方案。借助灰关联分析,计算各指标在评价改性效果中所占的比例,应用正交试验对各影响因素进行分析,综合评价改性沥青的改性效果。试验结果表明:正交试验与灰关联分析相结合能给出各指标影响权重大小、因素主次顺序及最优方案,为综合评价改性沥青技术性能提供理论依据。
According to the multi-evaluation indexes and many influencing factors of SBS modified asphalt modification effect, orthogonal design and gray relational analysis method were used to select the optimal scheme for the comparable scheme through comprehensive evaluation. By means of gray relational analysis, the proportion of each index in evaluating the modification effect was calculated. The orthogonal test was used to analyze the influencing factors, and the modification effect of the modified asphalt comprehensively was evaluated. The experimental results show that the combination of orthogonal test and gray relational analysis can give the weight of each index, the order of the factors and the optimal scheme, which provides a theoretical basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the technical performance of modified asphalt.
