定位误差是指一批工件由于在夹具中定位而造成工序基准在沿工序尺寸方向上的极限变动量。它包括:由于定位副诸方面的制造误差造成定位基准位移的基准位移误差△_w;由于定位基准与工序基准不重合而引起的基准不重合误差△_B。为讨论问题方便起见,下面将对定位误差这两个组成部分分别加以叙述。
Positioning error refers to a batch of workpiece due to positioning in the fixture caused by the process benchmark in the process along the size of the limit of the amount of change.
