From June 14 to June 21, 2010, the 5th World Undergraduate Beach Volleyball Championships were held in Alanya, Turkey. A total of college athletes from 18 countries and regions participated in the competition. The two groups of players representing the Chinese team participated in the competition respectively from Hainan Ma Jingrong, Chen Mianfei (male) from Normal University and Zhang Wenwen and Hou Xijun (female) from Ocean University of China.
