目的 研究热休克蛋白 47(HSP47)在人肝癌癌周组织以及大鼠胃溃疡组织中的表达和分布 ,并讨论其意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测了 6例肝癌手术切除标本及乙酸诱导后不同时间大鼠胃溃疡组织标本内HSP47的表达和定位。结果 人肝癌包膜、癌旁肝纤维化纤维间隔内的纤维细胞以及在纤维间隔附近肝细胞周围的星状细胞表达HSP47蛋白。大鼠胃组织内成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞以及平滑肌细胞均有HSP47蛋白的表达。溃疡基底肉芽组织内大量增生的成纤维细胞、小血管内皮细胞表现HSP47蛋白强阳性染色。结论 HSP47作为一种胶原特异的分子伴随 ,不仅参与纤维化 /硬化疾病的形成 ,而且还在损伤修复和组织重建中起到重要作用
Objective To investigate the expression and distribution of heat shock protein 47 (HSP47) in the tissues of human hepatocellular carcinoma and gastric ulcers, and discuss its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression and localization of HSP47 in 6 specimens of liver cancer after surgical resection and acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer specimens. Results The HSP47 protein was expressed in human liver cancer capsule, fibroblasts in adjacent fibrotic fibrotic fibrosis, and stellate cells around hepatocytes in the fibrous septum. The expression of HSP47 protein was found in fibroblasts, vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells. A large number of fibroblasts and small vascular endothelial cells in the granulation tissue of the ulcerated surface showed strong positive staining of HSP47 protein. Conclusion As a collagen-specific molecular concomitant with HSP47, HSP47 not only participates in the formation of fibrotic/sclerosing disease, but also plays an important role in injury repair and tissue reconstruction.
