HR来信:前一段时间我公司与劳务派遣公司签订了劳务派遣协议,但没有在协议中明确约定劳务派遣人员的工伤责任承担问题。那么一旦劳务工在我公司发生工伤,则应当由哪方去社保部门报工伤?又应当由谁承担工伤费用呢?
Letter from HR: Some time ago my company and the labor dispatch company signed a labor dispatch agreement, but did not expressly stipulate in the agreement labor dispatch workers' liability for work injury.
