本文在之前提出的职工素质教育远程教学模式(简称“1+3+1”)的基础上,通过案例分析、问卷调查、观察结果三个方面对“1+3+1”模式进行了应用效果研究。
On the basis of the distance education model (“1 + 3 + 1”) proposed by the staff quality education before, this paper analyzes the “1 + 3 + 1” mode from three aspects of case analysis, questionnaire survey and observation result. Carried out the application effect research.
