随着我国社会经济的不断发展,以及时代的日益进步,旅游业作为我国的第三产业,它的地位也越来越突出,与此同时,导游也成为当今时代比较新兴的一个行业,导游作为一个国家与地区的代表迎接各地旅游者,他们以其广博的知识、精湛的导游技巧、热情的导游服务为数以亿计的游客提供美好的旅游享受,他们同时亦是各地文化交流的民间使者,他们作为旅游从业人员队伍中的一员一直是我国旅游业发展重要的实践者和积极的推动者,为满足人们日益增长的旅游需求,做出了积极的贡献。然而,目前在导游与游客人际关系的发展过程中仍然存在着许多问题与矛盾,本文就从我国导游发展的概况出发,进一步详细的阐释了当前导游与游客之间存在的主要矛盾,并且根据这些问题提出了相对应的解决对策,以此来促进导游与游客人际关系的更好发展。
With the continuous development of our society and economy and the progress of the times, the tourism industry as the third industry of our country has become more and more prominent. At the same time, the tour guide has become a relatively new industry in the modern times. The representatives of a country and a region greet tourists from all over the world who, with their extensive knowledge, superb tour guide skills and enthusiastic guide services, provide wonderful travel enjoyment to hundreds of millions of tourists. At the same time, they are also folk ambassadors for cultural exchanges across the country. As a member of the tourism industry, they have always been an important practitioner and an active promoter of China’s tourism industry. They have made positive contributions to meet the ever-increasing demand for tourism. However, there are still many problems and contradictions in the development of the relationship between tour guides and tourists. Based on the general situation of the development of tour guides in our country, this article further explains in detail the main contradictions between current tour guides and tourists. Based on these, The issue put forward the corresponding solutions, in order to promote the better development of the interpersonal relationship between tour guides and tourists.
