美国研究人员近日发现,以健康著称的地中海饮食会增加心脏病的风险。英国《每日邮报》撰文指出,大家不要迷信某一种食品的保健功效,食物无所谓好坏,吃对分量才是关键。葡萄柚葡萄柚所含的柚苷配基不但能平稳血糖,还能促使肝脏分解多余的脂肪,预防新陈代谢综合症。但是根据美国一份研究,葡萄柚能升高雌激素水平。上了岁数的女性每天吃1/4个葡萄柚,乳腺癌的风险增加30%。英国饮食协会的专家称,葡萄柚是维生素C、纤维和其他营养素的重要来源,每天半个柚子或者250ml的葡萄柚汁即可起到保健作用,多吃无益。
