苯妥英钠是最常用的抗惊厥剂。苯妥英钠大量结合于血浆蛋白(~90%)。和苯妥英钠一样,水杨酸盐也有非线性动力学和血浆蛋白结合的亲合力。因此,当这两种药合用时可能发生蛋白结合的排代。试管中对结合的苯妥英钠加入治疗浓度的水杨酸盐后,苯妥英钠的游离部分增加60%到100%。本文研究:1,在体内苯妥英钠治疗的稳定的浓度下,苯妥英钠的蛋白结合被水杨酸盐排代的量值。
Phenytoin sodium is the most commonly used anticonvulsant. Phenytoin binds significantly to plasma proteins (~ 90%). Like phenytoin, salicylates also have non-linear kinetics and plasma protein binding affinity. Therefore, protein binding may occur when the two drugs are combined. After addition of the salicylate to the combination of phenytoin sodium at the therapeutic concentration in the test tube, the free portion of phenytoin sodium is increased by 60% to 100%. This paper studies: 1. The amount of sodium phenytoin that is replaced by salicylate at a steady concentration of phenytoin in the body.
