1991年,福建省永安矿务局和上京矿务局率先推出了企业内部的设备租赁管理模式.经过几年的努力,设备租赁管理得到了不断完善,租赁的设备种类也不断扩大,给省属煤矿企业内部全面推行设备租赁管理奠定了基础.一、企业内部设备租赁管理的做法1.建立设备租赁管理及维修机构(1)建立设备租赁的两级管理机构,即在矿务局设立设备租赁站(归口局机电科),将各种设备划归局租赁站统一管理,二级矿井需用设备时向局租赁站有偿租用;在二级矿井设立设备租赁站,区、队需用设备向矿租赁站有偿租用.(2)在矿井成立租赁设备维修组,按照完好标准检修好设备,带病和检修后仍
