临床上常见到与细菌性肠炎(BE)有密切关系的关节炎。对BE后引起的反应性关节炎(RA)国外报告甚多,国内虽有痢疾后发生尿道、关节、结膜综合征(RS)的报告,但对BE后的RA还缺乏了解。为此,报告3例RA(含1例RS),其中1例由沙门氏菌(副伤寒乙),2例由弗氏杆菌痢疾后发生的RA,并复习文献作概要讨论。例1:男,24岁。1975年7月5日发热、腹泻,每日大便6～8次,为水样便,次日转为粘脓性,呕吐3次,遂以菌痢收住治疗。检查:体温39℃,轻度脱水,腹部无明显压痛,肠鸣亢进。血红
Clinically common with bacterial enteritis (BE) are closely related to the arthritis.
