目的 观察儿茶素类抗乙肝病毒和保肝降酶作用。方法 用 1日龄北京雏鸭制备鸭乙型肝炎病毒 (DHBV)模型 ,设儿茶素类给药组 (6 0、12 0和 2 40mg/kg)、阳性药物对照组 (Are AMP)、模型组和阴性对照组。取血清用斑点杂交法 (dig标记探针 )测DHBV·DNA ,用单抗夹心ELISA法测定DHBsAg ;检测丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)活性观察肝功能变化 ,并作肝组织病理切片观察形态学改变。结果 儿茶素类各给药组鸭血清DHBV·DNA和DHBsAg含量均有降低 ,与给药前和模型组相比差异有显著性 ;给药 2 5d及停药后 14d ,鸭血清ALT与AST活性均降低 ;给药后的肝组织病理变化有明显改善。结论 儿茶素类有抗乙肝病毒、降低转氨酶活性、减轻肝脏病理损伤作用
Objective To observe the effect of catechins on hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatoprotective effect on liver enzymes. Methods Duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) model was established by 1-day-old Beijing ducklings. The catechin group (60, 120 and 240 mg / kg), the positive control group (Are AMP) Group and negative control group. DHBV DNA was detected by dot blot hybridization (dig-labeled probe) and DHBsAg was detected by monoclonal antibody sandwich ELISA. ALT and AST were measured to observe the change of liver function. Liver histopathology was observed morphological changes. Results The contents of DHBV DNA and DHBsAg in duck serum of catechin treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group before and after dosing Activity were reduced; pathological changes after administration of liver tissue has been significantly improved. Conclusion Catechins have anti-hepatitis B virus, reduce transaminase activity, reduce the role of liver pathological damage
