由于炼铁技术的发展,目前有不少单位正在进行或准备进行高炉富氧鼓风试验,并拟同燃料喷吹技术一并使用,这将对增铁节焦产生重大的经济效果。但富氧鼓风这项新技术目前多数单位还仅仅处于试验和摸索阶段。首钢炼铁厂一九六六年在中型高炉上进行了比较长期的富氧鼓风加燃料喷吹的冶炼,取得了较好的结果。本文是首钢炼铁厂当时操作的经验总结,现重新整理予以刊出供交流和参考。
Due to the development of ironmaking technology, many units are currently conducting or preparing for blast furnace oxygen-enriched blasting experiments and are intended to be used together with fuel injection technology. This will have a significant economic effect on iron-joining and cokemaking. However, at present most of the new technology of oxygen-enriched blasting is still in the trial and exploration stage. Shougang Iron and Steel Works in 1966 in the medium-sized blast furnace carried out a relatively long-term oxygenated blast furnace fuel injection smelting, and achieved good results. This article is the experience of Shougang Ironworks operating at the time concluded, now rearranged to be published for exchange and reference.
