对于体型较小的湿生中小型土壤动物,目前还没有较好的方法可以直接测定其生物量。模型估算法作为一种间接测定法,由于测定费时没有得到广泛应用。因而,目前发表的大部分文献中均缺少湿生中小型土壤动物生物量这一指标。本文采用重铬酸钾容量法和氯仿熏蒸浸提法测定了湿生中小型土壤动物的有机碳含量,同时与模型估算法的测定结果进行了比较。结果表明,重铬酸钾容量法快速,操作简便,适合于大批量样品采集情况下湿生中小型土壤动物生物量的测定。
At present, there is no better way to determine the biomass of wetland small and medium sized soil animals. As an indirect method, the model estimation method is not widely used due to the time-consuming determination. Therefore, most of the papers published at present lack the indicator of the biomass of wetland soil and small soil animals. In this paper, the organic carbon content of wet-growing small and medium-sized soil fauna was determined by potassium dichromate volumetric method and chloroform fumigation method, and compared with the results of model estimation method. The results showed that potassium dichromate volumetric method was rapid and easy to operate. It was suitable for the determination of the biomass of wetland soil mesotrons under the condition of high volume sample collection.
