At the beginning of the year, it was a difficult and painful period for human resources managers. Frequent flow of talents and huge recruitment demands would not affect the normal operation and production of enterprises. We will also often see that the human resources department is often forced by time pressure and it may not be able to adhere to the pre-determined selection criteria when selecting people; especially when most of the HR’s energy is forced to be tied to the resume screen.
