目的 为检测单纯疱疹病毒胸苷激酶基因 (herpessimplexvirusthymidinekinase,HSV tk) /无环鸟苷 (ganciclovir,GCV)自杀基因治疗系统对高转移性涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞 (adenoidcysticcarcinomaofsalivarygland ,highlymetastatictothelung ,ACC M)的体内治疗作用。方法 将肿瘤细胞接种于裸鼠两肋下 ,腹腔给予GCV ,每日 5 0mg/kg体重 ,2次 /d ,连用 14d。结果 实验组均不致瘤 ,而对照组均致瘤。用该系统原位注射治疗移植瘤 ,可明显抑制肿瘤生长 ,抑制作用有较明显的旁杀伤效应 ,但远处旁杀伤效应不十分明显。结论 HSV tk/GCV系统对体积较小的肿瘤有较好的作用 ,而对体积较大的肿瘤作用欠佳
Objective To investigate the effect of herpes simplexvirusthymidine kinase (HSV tk) / ganciclovir (GCV) suicide gene therapy system on high metastatic salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cells (ACC M) In vivo therapeutic effect.
