１材料和方法１．１肝纤维化模型的建立和实验分组ＳＤ大鼠６２只，雌雄各半，体重２１０～２３０ｇ，由第一军医大学动物实验中心提供。动物来源、随机分成５组，正常对照组按同样条件饲养，但不作任何处理，其余４组每组１２只，均从实验第１ｄ开始以０．６ｍｌ／１００ｇ皮
1Materials and methods 1.1 The establishment of liver fibrosis model and experimental group SD rats, 62 males and females, weighing 210 ~ 230g, provided by the Animal Experimental Center of the First Military Medical University. Animal sources were randomly divided into 5 groups. The normal control group was reared on the same conditions but without any treatment. The remaining 4 groups each had 12 animals. All of them had 0.6ml/100g skin from the first day of the experiment.
