目的:观察三联抗幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)合并加味柴芍枳壳平胃散治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取揭阳市蓝城区霖磐镇卫生院于2015年2月至2016年3月消化内科住院收治的消化性溃疡病患者128例,依据不同的治疗方法将其随机分为两组,对照组患者使用雷贝拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林三联抗Hp治疗,观察组在此基础上联合加味柴芍枳壳平胃散治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行对比。结果:观察组在上腹痛、反酸以及烧心症状的改善总有效率方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Hp根除率为93.8%,对照组Hp根除率为79.7%,两组Hp根除率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组溃疡面愈合总有效率92.2%显著要高于对照组75.0%(P<0.05);两组患者皆未发生严重不良反应。结论:三联抗Hp合并加味柴芍枳壳平胃散治疗消化性溃疡的疗效显著,副作用少,可有效根除Hp。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of triple anti-Helicobacter pylori (Hp) combined with modified Chaishao Zhihao Pingweisan in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods: A total of 128 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to Department of Gastroenterology, Linyi Hospital, Lancheng District, Jieyang from February 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group Patients treated with rabeprazole + clarithromycin + amoxicillin triple anti-Hp treatment, the observation group on this basis, combined with flavored Chaishao Kiwifruit Pingwei San treatment, the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results: The observation group was significantly better than the control group in improving the total effective rate of upper abdominal pain, acid reflux and heartburn (P <0.05). The Hp eradication rate was 93.8% in the observation group and 79.7% in the control group Group Hp eradication rate, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); observation group ulcer surface healing total effective rate 92.2% was significantly higher than the control group 75.0% (P <0.05); two groups of patients were not serious adverse reactions . Conclusion: Triple anti-Hp combined with flavored Chaishao Zhihao Pingweisan has significant curative effect on peptic ulcer with few side effects and can effectively eradicate Hp.
