文章以合宁高速公路扩建工程为背景,对高速公路桥梁拓宽中所遇到的若干技术问题进行了探讨,问题主要包括新旧桥沉降差、新桥上部结构上拱变形及箱梁结构横向拼接方案等,着重阐明对新旧桥沉降差的分析研究主要关注桥梁横向拼接后的工后沉降差,依据对实桥沉降的观测资料分析成果提出了相应控制桥梁基础沉降的技术对策;研究表明为控制结构上拱变形过大引起横向拼接困难,新预制的板梁存梁时间不宜过长,并提出了若干解决方法;论文最后探讨了预应力混凝土连续箱梁横向拓宽的若干拼接结构的构造方式,可供设计选用。
Based on the expansion project of Hening Expressway, the paper discusses some technical problems encountered in the bridge widening of expressway. The problems mainly include the settlement difference of old and new bridges, the arch deformation of the superstructure of Xinqiao and the transverse splicing scheme of box girder structure Etc., emphatically expounds the analysis of the settlement difference between the new and old bridges, mainly focuses on the post-construction settlement difference after horizontal splicing of the bridge. Based on the observation data analysis results of the settlement of the actual bridge, the corresponding technical measures for controlling the settlement of the bridge foundation are proposed. The excessive deformation of the upper arch causes the difficulties of horizontal splicing. The time for storing the prefabricated slab beam should not be too long, and a number of solutions are proposed. Finally, the construction of several spliced structures with widened prestressed concrete continuous box girders is discussed. For design choice.
