乡镇(街道)总工会的财务管理工作是乡镇(街道)总工会的一项重要工作,其管理效果如何,直接影响着乡镇(街道)总工会的工作成效。当前,特别是经济相对比较困难的乡镇(街道)的工会财务管理中还存在一定问题亟待解决。一、经济困难乡镇(街道)工会财务管理存在的主要问题一是没有专职工会财务干部。在全县16个乡镇(街道)配备的20名兼职工会干部中,只有2个街道、1个镇安排了2至3名兼职工会干部,其他都是1名兼职工
