本文介绍杜长泰研究员等科技人员经十余年潜心研究和反复实践的、采用独特方法研究成功的生产工艺优化新方法以及在线使用的“人－机实时优化系统”。该系统在不改动生产设备的条件下，通过优化工艺操作条件，实现优质高产，为老企业改造带来了生机。
This paper introduces a new method of optimization of production technology and a “man-machine real-time optimization system” which is used online by a unique method to study the successful production technology researcher Du Changtai and other scientific and technical personnel after more than ten years of painstaking research and repeated practice. The system does not change the conditions of production equipment, through the optimization of process operating conditions, to achieve high quality and high yield, the transformation of the old business has brought vitality.
