为研究实际高温流体下气膜冷却及内部冷却对燃机透平叶片的影响,搭建了气膜冷却高温燃气实验台,在此实验台上进行了超级合金平板气膜冷却耦合换热实验,同时进行了数值计算。计算中采用耦合与绝热两种方法并进行了对比,并考虑了不同含水量的影响。结果表明:是否采用耦合计算对流场影响不大,但对合金平板的温度场分布产生很大影响,这是由于耦合计算考虑了合金板的导热作用。计算结果对实验测量结果有10%的欠预测,这是由于没有考虑辐射换热所引起的。
In order to study the influence of film cooling and internal cooling on turbine blades under actual high-temperature fluid, a gas-cooled high-temperature gas experimental bench was set up. On this experimental platform, super-alloy flat film film cooling coupled heat transfer experiment was carried out, meanwhile, Numerical calculations were made. In the calculation, two methods of coupling and adiabatic are compared and compared, and the influence of different water content is considered. The results show that whether the coupling calculation has little effect on the flow field has a great effect on the temperature field distribution of the alloy plate because the coupling calculation considers the thermal conductivity of the alloy plate. The result of the calculation is a 10% underestimation of the experimental measurement results due to the failure to consider the radiation heat transfer.
