井下支架搬运车的自重和负载大,下坡速度难控制,容易在停止时损坏内部元件和发动机。为了解决支架搬运车停止制动引起的内部损耗,深入研究了井下支架搬运车下坡时速度控制原理,分析了液压驱动系统在实际工作中存在的不足,对静液压系统进行了改造和优化,添加了缓冲装置。此缓冲装置有效地调节了驱动系统的供能分配,缓解了液压冲击,使得内部元件得到保护,达到了延长设备寿命的目的。
