本文是根据作者长期从事履带拖拉机的设计和试验工作中所遇到的问题、积累的经验,并收集和分析有关这方面的文献和资料的基础上写成的。文章分别提出了履带拖拉机行走机构总体设计的要点,以及驱动轮和履带张紧弹簧的设计方法。履带拖拉机试验期间,作者注意到,在某些作业条件下,经常发生驱动轮齿在履带内滑转和履带脱轨现象。履带脱轨是履带拖拉机使用中的重要故障,严重影响履带拖拉机使用的可靠性。文章着重分析了引起履带脱轨的原因和使用工况,并提出了解决履带脱轨问题的某些途径,供履带拖拉机新产品设计和老产品改进时参考。
This article is based on the author’s experience in the design and testing of crawler tractors for a long period of time, accumulated experience and collected and analyzed relevant literature and information in this respect. The paper points out the main points of the overall design of crawler tractor walking mechanism, as well as the design method of driving wheel and crawler tension spring. During the crawler tractor trial, the author noticed that under certain operating conditions, the driving gear teeth often slip in the track and the track derailment occurred. Track derailment is an important fault in the use of track tractors, seriously affecting the reliability of track tractors. The paper analyzes the causes of the track derailment and the operating conditions, and puts forward some ways to solve the track derailment problems for the reference of the new product design and the old product improvement of the track tractor.
