螺旋藻多糖200mg/kg可显著抑制小鼠体内腹水型肝癌细胞的增殖。它对S180和腹水型肝癌细胞DNA,RNA和蛋白质的抑制作用,在3~24h内均随作用时间延长而提高。它对癌细胞DNA合成的抑制作用,属DNA代谢干扰型。螺旋藻多糖虽不能直接杀伤癌细胞,但通过增强机体的免疫力而抑制癌细胞的增殖。
Spirulina polysaccharide 200mg/kg can significantly inhibit the proliferation of ascites hepatoma cells in mice. Its inhibitory effect on DNA, RNA and protein of S180 and ascitic hepatocellular carcinoma cells increased with the prolonged action time within 3-24 h. Its inhibitory effect on DNA synthesis of cancer cells is a type of DNA metabolism interference. Spirulina polysaccharides can not directly kill cancer cells, but they can inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells by enhancing the body’s immunity.
