教师的教学监控能力是指教师对自己在教学活动中的行为方式进行有意识的监察、评价、反馈、调节和自控的能力。培养教师教学监控能力既是促进教师专业发展需求,也是促进学生综合素质能力发展的需要。如何培养教师的监控能力,应从提高自我监控意识和教学实践行为训练几方面入手。一、优化教师自身素质,提高自我监控意识培养教师的教学监控能力,应从完善教师自身素质入手,提高自我监控意识。教师的自身素质包括知识结构、情感态度以及教学效能感等,这些都是影响教学监控能力
