以玉米秸秆灰中的主要元素Mg、Ca、Al、Fe、P、S对应的氧化物或盐为添加剂,做单因素试验,之后选取合适的水平点做六因素四水平正交试验,通过极差法分析正交试验结果,得出各因素对SII值影响的大小顺序依次为P、Mg、Ca、Al、S、Fe,其中P最大,Fe最小。根据极差法测算出的添加剂最优组合,选定合适的添加剂及其添加量,即:MgSO_4、MgO、CaO和Al_2O_3。燃烧测试得出,这种添加剂组合对缓解结渣作用非常明显,SII值可达0.35。
One-factor experiments were done with the oxide or salt corresponding to Mg, Ca, Al, Fe, P, S as the main elements in corn straw ash. After that, the appropriate level points were selected for orthogonal experiment of six factors and four levels. Difference analysis of orthogonal test results, come to the effect of various factors on the SII value of the size of the order of P, Mg, Ca, Al, S, Fe, P maximum, Fe minimum. Calculated according to the range of optimal additive additive combinations, select the appropriate additives and their additions, namely: MgSO_4, MgO, CaO and Al_2O_3. Combustion test showed that this additive combination is very obvious to ease the slagging, SII value of up to 0.35.
