山东淄博陶土矿研究室为化验室研制成功一种新型简易高温电炉,因外形结构与碗相似,因而取名为碗式高温电炉。该电炉芯系采用钢筋耐火混凝土制成。内壁有螺旋槽沟。炉芯总高14厘米,内径10厘米。电阻丝安装在内壁槽沟内,配备1.5千瓦电阻丝,使用温度900—1100℃。炉盖有φ2厘米的圓孔,以备测温。可配用2—3千瓦的调压器以控制温度。该电炉可用于硅酸盐分析,煤炭分析、熔样等。它的主要特点是设备费用低,升温快、省电、5—7分钟即可升至850—900℃。而一般3千瓦的硅炭棒高温电炉升至相同温度,约需1
