本文是根据几种不同苹果砧木山定子(Malus baccata)、武乡海棠(Malushonanensis)、M6、M7、M9及 MM106,对金冠接穗叶结构各组织的解剖学定量分析,试图从叶片解剖学上的差异,说明砧穗组合的优劣,作为鉴别砧穗组合以及选择或淘汰砧穗组合的理论依据,同时也对叶片厚度与果实含糖量的相关分析进行了初步的探讨,以便对不同砧穗组合的果实品质作出一定程度的预测。叶用石蜡切片法制成永久切片,用目测微尺度量。果实含糖量及含酸量的测定,前者用斐林试剂滴定法,后者用已知浓度氢氧化钠溶液滴定。再以 L·S·R 法进行叶结构均数间的差异比较。试验结果表明:(1)不同的苹果砧木对金冠接穗叶结构的影响极大,从而使果实含糖量和含酸量发生变化;(2)叶片厚度与果实含糖量成正相关(r=0,8361)。
