目的:测定银杏叶中4种微量元素的含量,并探讨其水煎剂及沸水浸泡液作为微量元素补剂的可能性。方法:用硝酸和高氯酸消化样品,再用原子吸收分光光度计测定样品中的微量元素铜、锌、铁、镁的含量。结果:银杏叶中含有较丰富的微量元素,尤其是铁、镁的含量较高。结论:银杏叶水煎剂微量元素煎出率普遍较高,而沸水浸泡液中微量元素的溶出率很低。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of four trace elements in Ginkgo biloba leaves and to explore the possibility of using water decoction and boiling water soaking solution as trace element supplements. Methods: Samples were digested with nitric acid and perchloric acid, and then the contents of trace elements copper, zinc, iron, and magnesium in the samples were determined by an atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results: Ginkgo biloba contains rich trace elements, especially iron and magnesium. Conclusion: The decocting rate of trace elements in Ginkgo biloba leaf decoction is generally higher, while the dissolution rate of trace elements in boiling water soaking solution is very low.
