骨与关节疼痛是小儿急性白血病的常见症状。骨与关节的X线改变在儿童急性白血病的诊断中具有一定的临床意义。我科自1976年1月～1991年7月住院急性白血病初治病例共304例,为控讨骨关节改变与临床的联系,现将其中X线资料完整的248例进行统计分析并讨论如下:
Bone and joint pain are common symptoms of childhood acute leukemia. X-ray bone and joint changes in the diagnosis of childhood acute leukemia has some clinical significance.
