文章提出了基于显性合作网络和隐性合作网络的两种团队成员遴选方法,并以中国科学技术信息研究所为例进行了实证分析。研究发现,显性合作网络适合以人为中心来遴选团队成员,隐性合作网络适合以研究主题为中心来遴选团队成员。具体团队组建时可以综合使用这两种方法。
This paper presents two methods for selecting team members based on explicit cooperative network and implicit cooperative network, and gives an empirical analysis based on the example of China Institute of Science and Technology Information. The study found that the dominant cooperative network is suitable for people-centered selection of team members, and the hidden cooperation network is suitable for selection of team members centered on research topics. When the specific team set up can be a combination of these two methods.
