该系统由经过扩充的三台单板机和一台 CS—Ⅱ(这些微型机均以 Z-80 CPU 为核心而组成)计算机共同组成了二级分布式微型机实行控制系统。该系统配备了必要的过程通道与接口、中断优先电路、微机间的数据传输电路、以及完整的系统软件和应用软件。设计中充分考虑到用户的要求和可扩性及整个系统的可靠性。本系统的硬件配置示于图。投入正常运行后,能实现分控室无人值班控制。控制功能为:液面监视和控制;流量调节控制;各种泵、阀的启停、分配选择与实时监控;流量计量和液量秤重:生产过程参数的实时采集和监视。管理功能为:按时显示生产过程的工艺状况,如各设备的运行状态及其主要工艺参数;按需要显示有关过程参数;按时打印各种
The system consists of an expanded three single board computer and a CS-Ⅱ (these miniature machines are composed of Z-80 CPU as the core) together form a two-level distributed micro-computer implementation control system. The system is equipped with the necessary process channels and interfaces, interrupt priority circuits, data transfer circuits between microcomputers, and complete system software and application software. Design fully take into account the user’s requirements and scalability and the reliability of the entire system. The system’s hardware configuration is shown in the figure.
