美国新研制成三种新的GaAsYIG调谐的晶体管振荡器,型号分别为WJ-6804、WJ6805和WJ-6806。前二者在8~12.4和12.4~18GHz的波段内提供了50mW最小输出功率,而WJ-6806则在8~18GHz的波段内提供了20mW的最小能保证的功率。每一种振荡器都是根据FET采用共栅电路布局技术来设计的。通过匹配电路从漏得到了输出功率。这种匹配电路在很宽的频率范围内将YIG振荡电路的反射系数提高到了最大的限度。
The United States has newly developed three new GaAsYIG-tuned transistor oscillators, models WJ-6804, WJ6805 and WJ-6806 respectively. The first two provide a minimum output power of 50mW in the 8-12.4 and 12.4-18GHz bands, while the WJ-6806 provides a minimum guaranteed power of 20mW in the 8-18GHz band. Each oscillator is designed according to the FET’s common gate layout technique. The output power is obtained from the drain through the matching circuit. This matching circuit increases the reflection coefficient of the YIG oscillator circuit to a maximum within a wide frequency range.
