50 samples of bovine liver DNA from pasture in Shanghai area were detected by direct enzyme-labeled chemiluminescence kit. As a result, 14 copies of 50 copies of bovine liver DNA could hybridize with human HBV-DNA probe, suggesting the presence of BHV DNA in the nucleus of bovine liver.
