近年来,高职院校为了优化师资队伍结构、密切校企合作关系、增强教育教学效果和提升学生岗位能力等,越来越注重“企业引进教师”的聘任工作。但目前我国高职院校的“企业引进教师”仍然存在职教认识模糊、教育知识缺乏、教学能力较弱、发展后劲不足等问题,高职院校需要通过完善岗位招聘、强化教育培训、加强团队建设、健全考核评价等促进“企业引进教师”的发展。
In recent years, in order to optimize the structure of teaching staff, close cooperation between schools and enterprises, enhance the effectiveness of education and teaching and improve the ability of students, higher vocational colleges have paid more and more attention to the appointment of “teachers to introduce enterprises”.
