当用方波信号驱动工作于推挽状态的功率VMOS管或类似开关管时,由于电路的惰性,可能会产生两管同时导通现象而损坏电路。本文介绍一种简易而又可靠的电路,可以有效地避免同时导通现象的发生。全电路采用两片CMOS集成电路4070(四2输入异或门)和4073(三3输入与门)。图1是原理图,各点波见图2。U_1对输入方信号V_i进行波形提取,经U_2倒相后,形成一开槽脉冲,见图2V_A。U_5用来延时,目的是使U_3、U_4
When a square wave signal is used to drive a VMOS transistor or a similar switch operating in a push-pull state, the two-transistor simultaneous conduction may be caused due to the inertness of the circuit to damage the circuit. This article describes a simple and reliable circuit that can effectively prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon of simultaneous conduction. Full circuit using two CMOS IC 4070 (four two-input XOR gate) and 4073 (three three-input AND gate). Figure 1 is the schematic diagram, the point wave see Figure 2. U_1 performs waveform extraction on the input signal V_i and inverts U_2 to form a slotted pulse, as shown in Figure 2V_A. U_5 used to delay, the purpose is to make U_3, U_4
