课程建设是幼儿园教师继续教育的核心。专业选修课的建设与幼儿园教师个性化专业发展需求的满足和区域内学前教育事业的全面发展密切相关,在整个继续教育课程建设中应占据重要地位。深入分析上海市某区“十一五”期间幼儿园教师继续教育专业选修课的内容,我们发现,涉及五大领域的继续教育课程内容占一定优势,但领域之间在结构上严重失衡,涉及游戏指导类的继续教育课程内容很少。为此,我们认为,要构建一个适应新的时代发展需要的幼儿园教师继续教育课程体系,需要注重规划,统筹课程资源;丰富课程类型,创新课程形式;提供引导支持,以切实提高课程质量。
Curriculum construction is the core of continuing education for kindergarten teachers. The construction of professional elective courses is closely related to the satisfaction of kindergarten teachers’ individualized professional development needs and the all-round development of preschool education in the region, and should occupy an important position in the construction of the whole continuing education curriculum. In-depth analysis of the contents of elective courses of continuing education for kindergarten teachers in a district of Shanghai during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, we found that the contents of continuing education courses in the five major areas accounted for some advantages, but the structural imbalances in the fields involved There is very little content for continuing education courses in the Guided Classes. To this end, we believe that to build a curriculum system that adapts to the needs of the new era development, the kindergarten teachers should pay attention to planning and coordinating curriculum resources, enrich the types of courses and innovate the forms of courses, and provide guidance and support to improve the quality of the courses.
