一、问题的提出。据有关资料统计表明和实地调查,当前我国绝大部分少儿业余体校生源短缺现象日趋严重,传统项目学校训练也趋下降状态。若不尽快扭转当前学校学生课余训练这一被动局面,实现体育强国岂不成为为梦幻!以整体论的观点,少儿业余体校和传统项目学校培养学生运动员的目标是一致的;以初级阶段理论的观点,现阶段教委、体委都不具备各自“经营”学校学生课余训练条件,然而,两委各自办课余训练的优、劣势近似“犬”齿交错状。鉴于此况,我们提出学校学生课余训练改革的突破口是教体联姻。
First, the question raised. According to statistics and field surveys, the current shortage of amateur schools in most of our children is worsening. The training of traditional schools also tends to decline. If we do not reverse the passive situation of current school students’ training in extracurricular activities as soon as possible, will it not be a dream to achieve a powerful nation? In terms of holism, the goals of children amateur schools and traditional project schools are to train student athletes. Based on the theory of primary stage Point of view, at this stage the Education Commission, the Sports Commission does not have their own “management” of school students after-class training conditions, however, the two committees do their own after-class training, the advantages and disadvantages of similar “canine” staggered. In view of this, we propose that the breakthrough of school-based post-graduate training reform is the marriage of education and education.
