为能源综合输送系统的规划构造了一个网络模型。以年计算费用来综合投资与年 运行费,则最小费用是流的二次三项式函数,在线性最小费用流算法的基础上可以进 行优化。 该模型曾用于山西能源基地的输煤输电规划。
A network model has been constructed for the planning of an integrated energy delivery system. Calculating the annual investment by annual cost, the minimum cost is the quadratic function of the flow, which can be optimized on the basis of the linear minimum cost flow algorithm. The model was used in Shanxi energy base of coal transmission and distribution planning.
