面向世界,面向未来,面向现代化,是邓小平同志对中国教育发展提出的希望和要求,也是我国建设职业教育发展的方向和目标。经过对有代表性的发达国家职业教育状况进行考察,并进行比较研究后,我们认为,德国的职业教育模式——“双元制”,可以作为我们有益的借鉴。 所谓“双元制”,是一种以职业学校为一元进行理论教育,以企业为另一元进行实践技能训练的教育模式。通过这两个差异很大的学校和企业共同对受教育者进行职业培训,最后培养出合格的专业技术工人。以“双元制”为特征的职业教育是德国教育体系中最主要的 Facing the world, the future and the modernization are the hopes and requirements that Comrade Deng Xiaoping put forward for the development of China’s education and the direction and goal for the development of vocational education in our country.
