细胞凋亡抑制是淋巴瘤的发生机制之一,拮抗Fas凋亡途径是大部分B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B-NHL)的共同特征,构成该类肿瘤发生的重要原因。凋亡拮抗的主要机制有:①拮抗Fas凋亡途径的分子,如c-FLIP蛋白和IAPs家族蛋白,通过抑制caspases的活性来阻断凋亡通路;②关键基因的突变使蛋白功能丧失或降低,如Fas基因、bax基因。B-NHL凋亡拮抗机制的研究对肿瘤发生机制的阐明和临床治疗的改进有着重要的意义。
Inhibition of apoptosis is one of the mechanisms of lymphoma. Antagonizing Fas apoptosis pathway is a common feature of most B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (B-NHL), and constitutes an important cause of such tumors. The main mechanisms of apoptosis antagonism include: (1) molecules that antagonize the apoptotic pathway of Fas, such as c-FLIP protein and IAPs family of proteins, block the apoptosis pathway by inhibiting the activity of caspases; (2) mutation of key genes causes the loss or decrease of protein function , Such as Fas gene, bax gene. The study of B-NHL apoptosis antagonistic mechanism is of great significance to elucidate the mechanism of tumorigenesis and improve the clinical treatment.
