目的：应用主动脉内球囊反搏术治疗心脏手术后患者的心功能衰竭，本文旨在提高主动脉内球囊反搏术的使用成功率。方法：本文报告３４例采用Ｄａｔａｓｃｏｐｅ－８３型或９５型驱动装置和球囊反搏导管，１７例采用切开股动脉暴露法，１７例采用经皮穿刺股动脉插管法。结果：全组３４例中存活１７例，成功率为５０％；发生并发症６例，下肢缺血３例，血肿２例，右股动脉血栓形成１例。结论：对于急性左心功能衰竭患者及时合理地应用主动脉内球囊反搏术是一种有效的治疗方法。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the failure of intra-aortic balloon pump in the treatment of heart failure patients after cardiac surgery. This paper aims to improve the success rate of intra-aortic balloon pump. Methods: In this study, 34 cases were treated with Datascope-83 or 95 drive and balloon counterpulsation catheter, 17 cases were treated with open femoral artery dissection, and 17 cases were treated with percutaneous needle femoral artery catheterization. Results: All the 34 patients survived in 17 cases, with a success rate of 50%; complications occurred in 6 cases, 3 cases of lower limb ischemia, 2 cases of hematoma, 1 case of right femoral artery thrombosis. Conclusion: It is an effective method to treat patients with acute left heart failure in a timely and reasonable manner by intra-aortic balloon pump.
