“关于山区总图布置方法的探讨”,一文(载机械工厂設計第5期)提出了一个新問題,迫切需要我們深入地研究解决。下面也談自己一点意見。一阶梯式布置山区及丘陵地带的最大特点是地形复杂,土石方工程量大(每公頃一般达20000~30000立方米)。因此,如何減少土石方工程,就成为山区总图豎向布置中最重要的问题。阶梯式布置,可以说,是适合山区特点的、比较理想的布置方法。所謂阶梯式布置,就是在保証正常生产的前提下,将工厂划分为几个区域,分別布置在几个不同标高的阶梯层上,使全厂形成阶梯状。这种方法在总图豎向布置技术中虽非新創,但对机械工厂来說,却是新的方法。

One of the most characteristic features of a ladder-like arrangement of mountains and hilly terrain is the complexity of the terrain, and the large amount of earthwork works (generally 20,000 to 30,000 cubic meters per hectare). Therefore, how to reduce earth and rock projects has become the most important issue in the vertical layout of the general map of mountains. Ladder-type layout, it can be said, is suitable for the characteristics of the mountainous area, more ideal arrangement method. The so-called step-by-step arrangement is to divide the factory into several regions under the premise of guaranteeing normal production, and arrange them on the ladders of several different elevations respectively, so that the whole plant will form a ladder. This method is not new in the vertical layout technology of the general plan, but it is a new method for the mechanical factory.
