本文提出了一种基于关系数据库的专家系统骨架设计方法。采用关系模式来描述知识库，用数据库操纵语言设计推理机，为设计紧密耦合结构的专家数据库系统提供基础，能克服专家系统不能有效地利用现有的使用常规数据库技术建造起来的数据库的局限。
In this paper, an expert system skeleton design method based on relational database is proposed. Using the relational model to describe the knowledge base and the database manipulation language to design the reasoning machine provide the basis for designing the expert database system with close coupling structure and can overcome the limitation that the expert system can not effectively utilize the existing database built by using the conventional database technology.
