本文研究了硼纤维强度的分布以及测试试样个数、湿度、标距长度等不同因素对硼纤维拉伸强度测量值的影响。结果表明湿度、标距长度对硼纤维拉伸强度有明显影响。认为Welbull分布能够正确表征硼纤维强度的分布特征,Weibull分布形状系数m值的大小反映了硼纤维强度测量值的分散性。评定硼纤维强度时,在同等条件下测试40至50根试样,其结果就足以满足工程技术应用所要求的精度。
In this paper, the distribution of boron fiber strength and the influence of different factors such as test sample number, humidity and gauge length on the tensile strength of boron fiber were studied. The results show that humidity and gauge length have a significant effect on the tensile strength of boron fibers. It is considered that the distribution of Welbull distribution can correctly characterize the distribution characteristics of boron fiber strength, and the value of m shape value of Weibull distribution reflects the dispersion of measured value of boron fiber strength. When assessing the strength of boron fibers, 40 to 50 specimens are tested under the same conditions and the results are sufficient to meet the required accuracy for engineering applications.
