一步教法:骑撑,两腿夹紧(在踝关节处交叉互勾)向前回环。练习要求:1.起三力时要梗头、挺胸立腰、直体前倒。2.回环至3/4时,臂伸直,两手和骑撑腿用力撑压杠,同时挺胸立腰,头向上顶。保护帮助方法:站在杠前练习者右侧,两手从杠上扶肩,练习者上体前倒时,左手送肩背,回环至1/4时,右手顺势拨背,当回环至3/4时,左手从杠下托腰背,右手挡肩。一步教法的目的是使练习者建立回环感觉,体会直体前倒和近结束时撑压杠、头向上顶的动作技术。二步教法:骑撑、提重心、骑撑腿前跨、上体前倒。练习要求:两手用力撑杠、提重
