目的优化银屑泡腾颗粒浸膏提取工艺,确定银屑泡腾颗粒的最佳制剂处方配比工艺。方法研究采用单因素实验结合正交设计试验,以栀子苷转移率、挥发油提取率、干浸膏收率、阿魏酸转移率、丹皮酚转移率、溶液p H、泡腾时间为指标,对处方的提取和制剂工艺进行优化筛选。结果挥发油提取工艺:荆芥和当归药材粉碎过3号筛后混合,加6倍量水,回流5h提取。其它成分提取工艺:称取除荆芥和当归的处方药材,加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1h。泡腾颗粒处方:柠檬酸11%,碳酸氢钠9%,乳糖26.3%,PEG6000 6.4%,10%PVP-K30乙醇液适量。结论优化后的提取及制备工艺更加可靠、稳定、能够符合银屑泡腾颗粒的生产要求。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of silver dregs effervescent granules and determine the optimal preparation prescription ratio of silver dips effervescent granules. Methods The single factor experiments combined with orthogonal design experiments, with gardenia glycoside transfer rate, volatile oil extraction rate, dry extract yield, ferulic acid transfer rate, paeonol transfer rate, solution p H, effervescence time as an indicator , The prescription extraction and preparation process optimization screening. Results Volatile oil extraction process: Schizonepeta and Angelica herbs crushed on the 3rd screen after mixing, add 6 times the amount of water, reflux 5h extraction. Other Ingredients Extraction Process: Weigh prescriptions except Nepeta and Angelica herbs, add 8 times the amount of water, boiling 3 times, each 1h. Effervescent granules prescription: citric acid 11%, sodium bicarbonate 9%, lactose 26.3%, PEG6000 6.4%, 10% PVP-K30 ethanol solution. Conclusion The optimized extraction and preparation process is more reliable and stable, which can meet the production requirements of silver dusky effervescent granules.
